RETURN POLICY

Returns/exchanges will be accepted for the following reasons:
1) The item(s) you received was not the same item(s) as listed in the confirmation email. 2) You have ordered the wrong size (exchange only). For exchanges of item(s) that are the wrong size, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs. For all returns/exchanges, the total amount will be credited towards your next order.

SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED
Items purchased from the Nixxi online store cannot be returned/exchanged at any of the Nixxi retailers.If you would like to return/exchange an item, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact us prior to sending items back and we will send you a return authorization. Items must be returned and received back at Nixxi no longer than 20 days from the date your order was originally shipped to you. All returns/exchanges must be in 100% new condition, not worn or washed and all tags and labels in place. Please package clothing safely, as we cannot accept any returns that have been damaged.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
Please include a copy of your invoice and return authorization, contact information, and the reason for your return.
